Strategy Consulting: As a consultant for McKinsey&Company, working with international clients from various industries on strategy development and large reorganizations. I was the first German consultant at McKinsey who negotiated a "10+2" agreement, allowing me to take a yearly sabbatical of two months.

Senior line management positions: Head of HR development at Tchibo (retail), incl. corporate academy, talent management and leadership training; Head of Learning and Development at Infineon (hightech)

Change Management: Senior advisor und executive coach specialized in organizational development for large corporate clients

Art: Trained as an art expert with Sotheby’s (London), development of art projects for a German university and an international consulting firm

Fundaments and Sources

Diploma in Business Administration and M.A. in History of Art and Spanish Philology, acquired through studies at the universities of Saarbrücken, Sevilla and Michigan

PhD in organizational science, awarded for research on consulting interventions from a social psychology perspective conducted at the universities of Mannheim and Stanford

Coach training with Coaching Development (London) and continuous refinement of methods, including psychometric instruments (e.g. MBTI), transactional analysis, conversational therapy, team coaching etc.

After my French baccalauréat, I have lived in the UK, Spain, Hong Kong and the USA for several years. I am now based in Munich with my husband and my two sons, continuing to work internationally and still considering "being on the move" a most rewarding experience. English, German, Spanish and French are my working languages.
